Kerri-Lee joined Fahey Mwenda D’Adamo as a solicitor in January 2019 and was made an Associate effective from 1 July 2019.

Prior to joining Fahey Mwenda D’Adamo, Kerri-Lee worked for another premier family law firm as a paralegal while completing her studies, and then as a solicitor.  She has worked exclusively in family law since 2013.  Throughout that time, Kerri-Lee has been involved in a variety of property settlement and child welfare matters, including: 

• simple and complicated financial matters; 

• spousal maintenance applications (for both the applicant and respondent);

• parenting matters involving family violence and risk issues; and

• matters requiring judicial determination and which have progressed to trial.

At Fahey Mwenda D’Adamo, Kerri-Lee works closely with directors, Nic and Kay, and has also frequently worked alongside Senior Counsel and leading family law barristers.  

She has strong interests in:

• providing and achieving workable solutions to clients in a cost and time effective manner;

• financial matters with complicated asset pools and entity structures; and

• parenting matters, involving risk.  

In 2020, Kerri-Lee was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star in Family Law for Western Australia.

Kerri-Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November 2017.   Kerri-Lee also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Law) and serves on the CPD and Events Sub-Committee of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of WA.  She has professional memberships with the Family Law Practitioner’s Association of Western Australia, the Family Law Section (Law Council of Australia) and  Women’s Lawyers of Western Australia.

In her spare time, Kerri-Lee enjoys travelling, drinking coffee and spending time with her nearest and dearest.
