Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology from Murdoch University in 2016.
While completing her degree, Katie gained experience as a student at SCALES Community Legal Centre, where she worked on a variety of legal matters including family law, criminal law and traffic offences.
Prior to joining FMD, Katie worked as a Judge’s Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Walters in 2017 and the Honourable Justice O’Brien in 2018.
Katie was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in July 2018.
Katie is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia, Women Lawyers of Western Australia and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
